A highway project in Vietnam is a key local infrastructure project, facing tight deadlines and challenges such as large amounts of steel bar processing and complex construction environments. In the early stages of the project, traditional steel bar processing equipment was used, which led to issues such as low efficiency, poor accuracy, and high labor costs, causing the project schedule to lag behind. At the end of 2024, the customer learned about the new generation of steel bar bending machines and cutting machines through our independent website. After on-site inspection and prototype testing, they purchased 50 sets of equipment at once for use in the project construction. ​
In practical applications, the equipment demonstrates strong adaptability: facing the high-temperature and rainy climate in Vietnam, the waterproof and dustproof design (protection level IP54) of the steel bar cutting machine ensures normal operation during the rainy season without any malfunctions; the efficient operation capability of the steel bar bending machine has increased the daily average steel bar processing capacity of the project from 80 tons to 150 tons. The original steel bar processing team of 20 people can now complete the work with only 8 people, reducing labor costs by 60%. Ultimately, with the help of our equipment, the efficiency of the steel bar processing link in this project was greatly improved, and the overall construction period was completed 3 months ahead of schedule. The customer specially sent a letter of thanks and expressed that they would continue to purchase our products for the subsequent second-phase project.
